Just moved to the area and needed a new vet for my fur baby and they welcomed me with arms wide opened. Excellent and friendly staff. It's hard to work around the Covid situation but they have a great system!! Highly recommend!!!!

When we moved to the area we'd been to several different vets prior to landing at Middlebranch. Our cats have been seeing Dr. O'Donnell for several years now. Let me preface this by saying I am NOT an easy client, I have a million questions and require a certain level of communication to feel comfortable when the health and wellbeing of my fur-babies is in question. Dr. O'Donnell and the staff at Middlebranch have consistently made me feel at ease with my questions and concerns. All emails & phone calls returned in a timely fashion. When we need an impromptu appointment they are quick to find a spot on the calendar to see us. Dr. O'Donnell is thorough, kind, gentle, and empathetic. We had a very sudden passing of one of our babies and even though he was transferred to another vet, she kept in contact right up to the very end. Jeanine & Rebecca are the glue that hold this operation together and are a powerhouse team who will literally do everything in their powers to accommodate. They continue to (happily) field my at times whacky questions, never making me feel like an inconvenience, or crazy person! I could say more but this is a review after all, not a novel. We will continue to put our trust into the wonderful people at Middlebranch and recommend them to anyone who asks. Thank you Middlebranch for taking such good care of our little family.

Everyone at this practice is kind and compassionate. I have been taking my pets here for over 20 years. Would not go anywhere else.

Staff always treat our Gracie and Max as if they were one of their own. Their professionalism and sensitivity is very much appreciated.

Sometimes as dogs get older they become more sensitive to a variety of things they may have not been bothered by before. Your best bet would be to call and make an appointment with a veterinarian to rule out any medical issues. And talk about how you can help your dog better cope with noises and such. Good luck!
