Took payment right away. It took a while to schedule a refridgeration technician to come and look at the fridge. Said they would order parts, never did. They can't fix the fridge. Wasted time and money

I brought a kenmore refrigerator from Sears in 2014 and it breaks down all the time. 2 weeks ago a repair man asked me to take out all my food from the fridge and then never repaired it. All my food has gone to waste, and in time of a pandemic when there is little money, all my food has gone to waste which costed $600. They never gave me money to replace my food and the repair man has not come in two weeks. Terrible service

Before he came I had a working refrigerator..its the freezer that was not working. Now, after installing numerous parts, I have no refrigerator at all. The next morning NOTHING was working. All food ruined!!! Repair persons have been here at least 10 times since last year.
