Very poor service and call returns

Contacted Sear ahead for estimate cost to replace the igniter. Turn out to be 4 x what was expected for 15 minutes job. Contacted again for refund, told to someone will contact me back for a refund within 48 hours. Nothing!! I am filing a credit card dispute for the charge. Was happy I found a company trustworthy, but so disappointed with the outcome.

Still waiting for my washing machine to be repaired no such luck they transfer me to the third party vendor and they never answer their phone stayed on hold for 2 hours and 40 minutes no answer not satisfied and not happy will never buy another Sears product again as long as I live and we'll make sure nobody I know buys one
