I cannot recommend Bark Central enough. The staff are so friendly and make me feel like I am leaving my dog with family. They always greet him by name and he is excited to see them! The facility is very well-maintained and clean. Taking my dog to Bark Central has really helped him to come out of his shell, not be so reactive to other people and dogs, and get out lots of energy while making new friends in a safe and fun environment. Highly recommend!

We had our dog boarded here at Bark Central, LLC. for 10 days. Every time we called or texted to check up on him, Bark Central staff members always said he was fine. They described that he loves his food and how he is adjusting to being boarded. Overall, we were left with the impression that everything was ok albeit some homesickness. Bark Central posts a lot of pictures of the dogs; however, we hardly saw pictures of ours. We gave them the benefit of the doubt, that it was the holidays and they are busy. When we picked him up, they told us that he is not allowed to board with them again. They described our dog as food aggressive and toy aggressive. I find it unbelievable that if our dog was having a hard time, then WHY WOULD THEY NOT TELL US WHEN WE CHECKED IN ON HIM?! And why not call his emergency contact, who could have picked him up if he was being aggressive... We feel that Bark Central rather have our dog stay in their facility to take our money than to do what is best for our dog… which would have been to notify his owners or call our emergency contact to pick him up. Instead, we were told he was kept in his cage for extra time to allow for rest... we felt that he was neglected. Our boy came home shaking the entire car ride and with an alarming amount of scabs on his head. I am not sure what they did to him but we are very disappointed with the team at Bark Central and would like to share our experience with those considering this facility for their dogs.

I use both of the locations. My 2 yellow labs like coming to either location. I highly recommend this business. Still using the 112th street location. Dogs like coming here and they are well cared for here. I like when pictures are posted so I can see my two even when out of town.

Bark Central is amazing. Our dogs love it there, the get super excited when we pull in! I love knowing my dogs are safe, loved, and taken care of when I can't be with them. They treat the dogs and cats (if boarding) as family! Our cat even boarded there once and loved it, he got love, attention, and even time with his dog siblings! Definitely a place to keep going for many many years!!!
