What a poor experience. Between the tech (Mark) forgetting about coming to get me because he got busy - he failed putting a needle in my arm 3 times and just said he’ll have another nurse do it. My arm is in the worst pain it’s ever been trying to get an IV. Stay far away from this imaging department.

Went in on mother's day and was seen really quick, was given pain and nausea meds and sent to CT and ultrasound, finally after months of being sick I got a diagnosis. Was in and out in under 3 hours. And on a holiday. I usually go to St. Joe's but may be coming here from now on.
