Completely horrible! It's bad enough we have to pay extra to expedite the delivery yet their drivers don't make any effort or attempt to ensure the package is delivered. There was literally 4 people sitting in the porch area and saw no one drive up, but get a message saying a delivery attempt was made, are you kidding me. I ended up have having to drive to the facility to pick it up myself why am I having to pay extra for a job not being completed.

Just terrible. Make an account, no info transfers to a package. Lost or delay for 2 of last 3 packages. Why can Amazon find my house so easily, and these lumps cant seem to do it with directions, after they were there the week before. The one star is for the very friendly customer service, which you will get to know well when you have to try to find your packages.

For who-knows-what reason, FedEx Express couldn't deliver my order, so I came here to pick it up. The customer service rep was kind enough to go search for my package, which was still on the truck, and bring it to me. I needed this package for work, and really appreciated her efforts.

For a solid year they have been delivering to the wrong address. I call and file a complaint and they say they will make a note of it so it doesn't happen again and every time it goes to the wrong house. If you have a choice in shipping do not use Fedex!

Yes
No, you have to call tge hotline.
First) They won't have any more answers than the customer service line. It's all the same computer network. Second) If you hadn't noticed, it snowed and Washingtonians/Californians who moved here are terrified of the stuff. Bottom line, they didn't send any delivery vehicles out today nor did UPS. I go there everyday to pick up packages for my work and I talked to the counter people about it. Trust me they were too busy today to answer phones. That's why they have a call center. I do a lot of shipping and receiving of packages for work both FedEx and UPS and there are several factors that can delay a package; weather is a huge one. They don't want to put drivers, packages or equipment in harms way. What's more important, your few bucks or the life of the driver trying to bring it to you?
^ bingo. You can intercept the package at the hub, even if its destined for your home or business, providing you get to the hub prior to it being loaded onto a drivers truck. You will need to provide tracking info and ID with the packages address on it as well proving you live there
I am not sure. You can look it up on the fedex website... www.fedex.com Hopefully this helps you.
If it's going to the east coast 4:40pm
Have to go to DuPont or FedEx ground in Fife for ground
FedEx is only closed new year's day, Easter, 4th of July, labor day, memorial day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
