Laura Jadeed has twice reported that Bonnie L. Hayes does not take owner-surrendered animals. Regarding how animals arrive at BLH, their website says, " Others are surrendered by their owners who can no longer care for them."

Do they handle complaints? I live in a building that has numerous dogs off Thier leashes and without tags running freely. This happens several times a day. And the dogs are allowed to go to the second floor Apartments where there are seniors
