We ordered patio furniture (table and 4 chairs) - it was delivered today but they did not ring the doorbell and they didn't even deliver it to the backyard which we left in the order instructions. WE called customer service and they would page a manager but no answer and the call would eventually drop - not once, no twice, not thrice but FOUR TIMES! Very poor service at least at this branch - DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY from this branch. Now we have to get a 3rd party to do everything Lowes should have done.

None of the staff here have ever been extremely helpful. We live right by this store so it's convenient. But, just know if you go in there looking for something you either need to know the store layout or need to use the website because you will rarely get an associate that will take the time to point you in the right direction. The last time we went in we needed a large order of sod for our lawn, which was in stock and right outside of the entryway but didn't have a price. I asked the associate in the garden center if she could get us a price, but she couldn't find the price and wasn't willing to get anyone over to help. Needless to say, we took our couple thousand dollar order next door to Home Depot.

I would give zero stars if I could. Look - there's bad, there's awful, and then there's absolutely pitiful. I was under contract for a kitchen install where my contact clearly states the work to be finished by April 19, 2021. As of the date of this writing (6/14/2022), it remains undone. While COVID is to blame for so many things taking so long in current times, the reason for this has been one single thing - complete and utter incompetence on the part of this Lowe's staff and that of their contractor, Room by Room. If you are even remotely considering having your kitchen done by Lowe's, do NOT do it! Go next door to Home Depot and talk to them. This place is absolutely horrible.

I mostly go for the garden section as I feel they have the best selection of plants/starts offered early in the season and throughout. I also love their house plants and aisle shopping because their products and displays are quality. I give Lowe's 4/5 stars because returns from online purchases can be a bit of a hassle.

You can't use it for online orders. It's available in store only. We have to go to a certain check out at out store to get the discount. We give our phone number and the discount is applied.

Most likely. You need to contact your local store. Some do not carry all types and sizes.
