Hi, Leo Thank you for your question! Our furniture bank program does provide beds to low income folks in need of beds and household furnishing. Visits to the Community Warehouse are by appointment made by a third party case worker from one of our 200+ partner agencies. If you have a case worker, let them know you want to schedule an appointment to come visit the Community Warehouse. Here's a link to the page on our website with all the details on getting furniture and appointments. https://www.communitywarehouse.org/get-furniture/
Hi, you might need a referral to get furniture & services at Community Warehouse. If you have a social worker assisting you, please ask them. If not, call Community Warehouse to get info. God bless you as a father caring for his children.
Leo, do you have a caseworker? Generally, a caseworker will set up an appointment with Community Warehouse for their client. The client then comes to the Warehouse for a "shopping day", where they select the items they need. If you do not have a caseworker, there are still options for you. I would suggest calling the Warehouse during office hours. If you are unable to get the mattresses that you need, would you please contact me? I will send you a message in Messenger so that you have my contact info.
