Was much better at old location. They actually had variety if food. Now its just veggies and mystery meat over rice and oatmeal for breakfast everyday.

Beautiful, welcoming people and volunteers, and customers! Good, warm and tasty food! Awesome vibes, reminds me of the good days of the past not forgotten. Provides nourishing meal to my body and fills my soul with joy. Better and brighter days - always!

These guys are life savers they serve 3 meals a day Monday - Saturday. They were a huge help when I was homeless in Portland I went there every day when I was hungry. The staff is really caring and wonderful people who truly care

As a donor, I found that they acknowledge gifts in any amount very quickly with a well written thank you note. I am impressed with the multiple services offered to help , including their farm.

There are a couple of city-owned parking lots in the area and parking on the street usually isn't a problem.
Yes they most assuredly would. We are always looking for new ideas, especially if it can be made in large quantities!!

Yes. We accept adult-sized clean and gently used clothing appropriate for outdoor wear. You can see the list of what is most needed at https://BlanchetHouse.org/Donate-Clothing. Thank you.
Thank you for thinking of us but we don't need them at this time. We greatly appreciate your offer.
You could bring them to TPI, about two blocks over. It's called the Resource Center. They have a donated library for the homeless and poor. TPI lets the homeless shower, wash laundry, gives out toothpaste and hygiene. Donated books are always needed there. 650 NW Irving St, Portland, OR 97209
We have two residential programs for men in recovery. Please call 211 for shelter recommendations.
That person was not serving food , don't read something in that wasn't a problem. The volunteers there do an amazing job helping thousands of people.
Please contact our Intake Coordinator at 503-241-4340 about admittance to our residential program. If you would like to volunteer sign up at www.BlanchetHouse.org/Volunteer. Thank you!
