If they are just for you the cut off is usually if you make $1,200+ so they will most likely will cut you off or you'll only get like $20 a month. Do not ever try to hide having a job from them as any employment in Oregon will show up in their system, unless it is under the table work, and if they find out you didn't report getting a job or an income increase you will owe them back pay and you could get banned for life which would be very unfortunate if you ever find yourself jobless again.

If you mean what do you need to apply for food stamps then you need - proof of income if you have any income so paycheck stubs, names & social security numbers of all the people who live in your house, proof of address, Identification so drivers license or state ID, and I think that is it.
