It is first come first serve, and they're open from 10 a.m. to 2 PM Monday through Thursday. They're closed Friday through Sunday.

It's not sales, they give it to you. You'd need your driver's license or state ID. You have to be in their area to get assistance here. They will determine that when you come in and give your address to them.
They usually have boxes but you might bring a bag too
They're a food bank/ clothing bank
