Do you accept 3rd party vision plans?

Insurance we take includes Premera, Regence, HMA, Lifewise, Medicare, Asuris, Bridgespan, and Kaiser Permanente’s PPO plans. Please verify that your vision insurance is actually through one of these companies. WE DO NOT ACCEPT 3rd party vision plans such as VSP, Eyemed, Davis, or Spectera due to unreasonable contractual requirements. We do, however, have many patients with these insurances. We make it easy for our patients to self-submit Out-Of-Network claims after paying out of pocket on the day of service. A routine glasses exam costs $195. No. We accept many types of insurance, but Cannon EyeCare is not in network with 3rd party vision plans such as VSP, Davis, or EyeMed. We do make it easy for patients with these plans to get reimbursed for out-of-network benefits after paying out of pocket for a routine eye exam.
