Please read the full review. Along with high rating reviews, read low rating reviews as well. I had similar experience as people who have rated low. I had great experience with knowledge test and bookings for knowledge and driving tests. Office staff is really supportive and respectful. For driving test, though instructor assigned to me was aged, knowledgable and expecting to obey rules perfectly which is a nice thing, instructor was very rude while giving instructions. Same behavior I observed from other aged instructors. I don't know how it will be helpful in identifying if you have good driving skills or not by telling you to identify assigned car from the key. On top of that they will make you listen to harsh words. This is utterly ridiculous. God knows what is their agenda in making customer feel nervous before driving test. Don't go for driving test with 911. Though you can go for knowledge test.

My instructor's feedback was unnecessarily rude, and I did not feel comfortable at all during the test due to his passive-aggressive nature. I agree with most of the feedback, given that I practically drove like how a person would when they have a gun pointed to their head (thanks to the super friendly instructor), but I do not appreciate the way the feedback was conveyed. It really doesn't take a lot to be at least nice to people.

I signed up for a 5 class package at 911 driving school and the people there were very friendly and patient.I had Charles Greene as my instructor for all my classes. If you are someone who isn't confident while driving or gets anxious (like me), I would highly suggest you to go with him. He is extremely good at breaking down the big tasks like parallel parking into smaller tasks and will make you feel completely at ease. He would truly push you to overcome your fears - not just in the moment but for the long run as well. I saw significant improvement in my driving from 2nd class itself and couldn't have passed my test in such a short time without him. Thank you Charles and everyone at 911 for helping me and being so kind!

All of them are great instructors. If you have any road anxiety or getting your driving license for first time, I would suggest to go with Rami, He has been quite patient with my mistakes and has a very calm demeanor which was very important for me. When you do a mistake, he makes sure you take a reroute in same class to come back to that mistake again and patiently teaches until the student has rectified the mistake with proper understanding. He remembers and also randomly covers the same mistake again in subsequent classes to ensure consistency as well. It is also less theory and more practical application with him. He also asked for what I want to practice at the beginning of every lesson. If you want a young instructor who is also calm, I would suggest David. I also took lessons with Marc, who is a great instructor with a deep understanding of reasoning behind traffic rules. He also helps you with weighing importance and priorities of different rules both for road test and also in general driving. He made some maneuvers simple for me by breaking down the task into smaller chunks. Overall all the instructors, not only teach you what is needed for your road test, but also ensure you being a safe, better and cognizant driver.

After completing the course that consists of 5 one hour drives in an instruction car with instructor and attending all 15 classes that are 2 hours and 20 minutes, you can take your WA state knowledge test. After you pass the knowledge test you can take the road test, and then you get your WA state drivers license.
I'd go somewhere else. Even if I was avaliable on weekdays this is the last place I would recommend. Read the yelp reviews. They have 11, 1 star reviews. I think that'll tell you everything you need to know about this place
You must schedule, you can do so by calling or emailing
$39.95 and you get 3 attempts at the test for that price.
Yes, but very limited availability at night time during the weekdays. Check with the office for availability.
No, I'm sorry but we do not offer any pick up and drop off service.
Across the street (east), I believe a bike lock rack is near the corner.
If you're a teen, in a classroom session, and taking a quiz... it is at the discretion of the instructor on using notes. The session is less formal. If you are taking the Knowledge Test out in the main part of the office, NO notes/helps are allowed. The test is proctored, the test is quite formal. Yes, you are observed.
Hi, we do not offer motorcycle training at our school. There are specific motorcycle schools that offer training and testing. For example, there is on in Kirkland called the Evergreen Safety Council.
They're the great. I was so scared about driving and I was wondering if I could drive ever, but after I finished the classes (w.Charlie) I'm driving every day . I am so greatful ! You can have the exam for driving license there.
