My husband and I had to have our passports shipped to us in Seattle. The passports went thru FedEx and then was delivered to Delta Cargo in Atlanta where it was received and scanned in. The passports where then sent via Delta to Seattle, WA where they were received and scanned in. Somehow, Delta Cargo lost the passports. My husband and I had to miss our 36th anniversary cruise because of the lost passports. I have called Delta Cargo at least a dozen times and even went to the facility to try to find the passports. They are still missing and no one at Delta seems to mind. I have never received a call from them and received very little advise when trying to speak with someone. I have repeatedly asked that a supervisor return my calls. Still I have heard nothing back. So now we have lost all the money spent on the cruise, had a wasted trip to Seattle, paid out for return tickets to Atlanta to get home sooner, have had to pay for another set of passports and the fee to have them expedited, lost the $700 we paid for same day shipping and a lot more spent on exspenses we didn't plan on staying in Seattle hoping for our passports. I am so upset with Delta for ruining my anniversary and trip of a lifetime to Alaska.

Literally the best team around. Priscilla and Scott went above and beyond to help me with my shipment. My cargo was a 1600lb crate requiring a forklift and which turned out to be too big for my truck. They gave me space and time to figure it out and helped "lift" the burden off shoulders and on to the truck! Without their professionalism, skill, help and patience - I'd still be figuring out how to get my ship to it's final destination! Truly outstanding experience with everyone on the Delta Cargo Seattle team. Thank you so much, not only from me, but from my customer for helping get them their product on time!

Well my flight came in at 12:35 on Delta from New Mexico with an HR for Harrison Family Mortuary my driver has been there since 1 and it is now oh it's 1556 so it's Park I know you guys are busy and out of those I know those covid out there but come on it's an HR you like them out of there please I just don't get it I think I'm going to use Southwest from now on

This review is for this particular pick up location only. Unexpectedly, the staff proved very helpful and patient. They were professional and polite. I had no idea what I was doing but the staff handled it well. I got what I came for and left. No problems and everyone seemed to know how to do their jobs without any fuss.
