It’s amazing how many people review this business and the company responses aren’t even relevant 100% the worst public facing company I’ve ever dealt with. You certainly can’t get anyone to pick up the phone or call you back. Everyone just wants to know if the public can dump there and if so when and how much does it cost. Your website has zero information around if the public can dump there but puts a lot of emphasis on holiday services.

Nobody answers the phone, they are not a steady company: sometimes they welcome public, sometimes not….it’s a risk you will waste gas and time trying to dump there

I have had an appliance on the curb for a week because their telephone lines have been "busy" for that long. If you can't answer the phone, give us an email address or something! Update: I have had nothing but polite, professional treatment from RS representatives, but the collection service is atrocious. Missed pickups, double bills... they even took the whole trash bin with no explanation or replacement for over a week, during which I had to pile up bags of trash on my porch. The schedule they post shows Tuesday for all my collection, but the truck only comes on Wednesday. Terrible internal organization and unreliability.
