My daughter bought the wrong item for her child, we try to return it or exchange it for the correct item few hours of purchase. We was told that with out receipt they they can't not do it. But they offer to return it for Half of the price. I walk out and went to Walgreens to purchase the item I needed

I do not recommend getting your script refilled here. The pharmacist displaced a lack of competence and professionalism. She was extremely defensive and shaking, because she made a huge mistake with my prescription! The techs are very professional and kind, however. The doctor gave me a script that matched the exact same wording my previous doctor prescribed on a previous medication bottle. The bottle the pharmacist with the glasses gave me is the generic form of the name brand, but from a different manufacturer, so rather than calling the doctor and finding out if substituting what the script said was OK, she went ahead and filled it anyway. She said the manufacturer didn’t matter, but it does. I spoke to another pharmacist and a pharmacy tech before speaking to her and she was really trying to convince me that it doesn’t matter who manufactured it. YOU’RE NOT SUPPOSED TO DO THAT, especially if you’re not affiliated with that medical office, because a plethora of things can happen to the patient since she doesn’t know my medical history. So what happened? My chest got tight and I could hear my heartbeat in my ear! I panicked and only took one pill. I attempt to surrender my pills, so I can go back to the doctors tomorrow and find a new pharmacy that can fill it with the correct medication that matches the wording the doctor put on the script, and she declined to accept them. I will take the bottle to the doctors office tomorrow and see what I can do about getting the right medication and what I can do to properly dispose of the medicine. She doesn’t seem new to the field of pharmacy, just incompetent.

This review is for the one man show at the pharmacy. He is upbeat, positive, and juggling the phone, vaccine administration, prescription drop offs and pick ups, COVID tests, and I imagine more due to limited staff hours. If you find yourself here having to wait for a bit to be served, please be kind. This man is doing a phenomenal job (and at times the job of at least two or three people).

Amazingly clean! It has been a while since I was at a Rite Aid to be honest and the last time I was, the store was poorly maintained and filthy, so this was a welcomed surprise. My family and I were just visiting and needed an ice cream fix. The ice cream was amazing and we were pleased at how clean and professional the staff was. Great job Rite Aid you have a new customer as a result of my most recent experience

Hi Pablo- Thank you for asking! All COVID-19 testing is done via our Drive Thru and does require that the person be in a vehicle. If you do not have a car, we recommend having someone in the same household drive you. Current CDC guidelines advise against using a taxi or rideshare service if you are symptomatic or suspect a COVID-19 infection.
