I know it's a village mobile home park but it's pretty legit for being a mobile home the area is beyond clean the people are way nice and there isn't anything I would change about this place. I would stay here a million times more than an apartment building

That depends on how much water,gas,and eltric. You use plus the space rent for your mobile home. My grandparents would pay 350.00/450.00 a month, and yes it is a 50 year's old and up place.
There are no spaces for TV or campers
