This particular crossroads is my favorite. They always have something super cool and they give a pretty decent price for your clothing pretty quickly. I've even seen a Selkie dress end up here for $120! Not bad at all.

Very weird and offputting service, very much like you're an inconvenience to them just by being there. Every time I go this just seems to get worse. I hope the employees realize that there are stores that sell new items with employees who respect shoppers, and if their service doesn't change there's no shortage of alternative stores. And people wonder why Amazon has taken over.

I came in with clothes to sell, and they said they wouldn’t take anything, which is fine. But I got home and realized one of the nicer, more expensive items was missing. (A sweater which is in great condition and style) I was bummed because I could have sold it elsewhere. Prices in the store are fair.

Maybe it’s the state of fast fashion and excessive consumption in this world, but so much of it is picked based on name brand (and not even the good kind!) The buyers don’t look closely enough to details or fabric, they have more cheap trendy stuff than actually well made genuine clothing. I understand it’s close to UW so it’s picked for college students but hey there’s some college students that are looking for quality versus quantity. The girl taking in my clothes, very Instagram style (think neon fashion nova satin dress, b-low double belt, doc martens, cute style - not original) gave off the aura or was trying to give off aura of being too cool for school and certainly much too cool for my clothing. I’ve had my fair share of retail work and luxury retail, I can see and I can certainly feel the disconnection. Do better, be nice, make genuine judgment, not just what’s on your Instagram feed. Adult management is needed, I agree with the previous reviewers.

We require masks in line with CDC guidelines for both staff and customers. We limit the amount of people in our stores and encourage social distancing. We have stringent cleaning policies in place.
Hi Pat, Thank you for your message. We pay on the day of selling in either cash or store credit (your choice).
Nope. They buy/sell clothes only.
