It’s a great store with nice employees, good prices/clothes and a prime location. Everything was pretty clean and well run. However, it’s a little cluttered and feels makeshift style like they sort of just threw everything together and called it good. Could use a better layout.

The best thing about this place is the staff-All of the staff that I've encountered here are super helpful and are clearly doing their best at such a busy location. However, the shopping experience is hindered by how cramped it is. It is below street level, with many racks close together, which makes it feel claustrophobic. Always has good deals though.

Shopping was fine experience was fine but totally aware I was being shadowed by store security? LOL 😆 Just trying to buy some underwear y'all! Whatever. And then at checkout, Mr guy was weird about me not wanting to give my email for the receipt even though I said nothing was getting returned and the paper one was fine. 🤷🏼♀️ He just kinda huffed off. I'll continue to shop here but it was a weird visit. Will update after next visit if the experience is better.

It’s okay but a bit stuffy and could use a better layout/lighting. Some racks of clothes are so close together that it’s hard to look and shop with other people around. I also wish they had a larger selection of handbags and fine jewelry. Overall you can certainly find some nice pieces here but you may have to make more than one trip if you have particular styles in mind that you’re looking for.

They do not validate and the only day street parking is free downtown would be on Sunday and holidays. The parking garage at the Securities Building off 3rd and Stewart (next to Bed Bath & Beyond) is a good deal after 5pm weekdays and on weekends is only $7. That garage is 3 blocks from the store.
