A new, well planned municipal hall for the city. A little small for the city we will become but adequate today. Worth a look at if you are in the area but don't make a special trip.

This place is clean and the staff are very friendly. The brown rainwater toilet water is a great idea, but the building is very empty. There should be more parties and events throughout the day. The views are magnificent and should be on postcards.

1) The shelter on the 4th ave side holds exactly 75 mats (50 men, 25 women) 2) Intake starts at 7pm every night. First come, first serve. 3) Theres no maximum amount of time you are allowed to stay. 4) No information needed, just 18 years and over. ID not necessary but helpful.

Parking is free on Sunday and holidays or weekdays after 8 pm (including Saturday).
