Gave me inaccurate information about covid vaccinations and wasted my time. I knew my 2yo daughter would be due for her 3rd covid vaccine while I was on vacation in West Ashley. I was referred by Roper St. Francis Hospital to this location to assist. They told me on the phone before I even left home out of state that they have the vaccine for under 5 available. I also called ahead on the morning I intended to bring her in to again verify that they provide this service to under 5 year olds. Again, they confirmed that they did. When I showed up in person, they looked at me like I was crazy and told me they absolutely do not provide this service to the little ones. They told me I would have to go downtown to the MUSC Children's Hospital. I am infuriated!

I work in the emergency medical field. I deal with many physicians, nurses and mid level providers. I am not exaggerating when I say Dr. Neilson (hopefully correct spelling) is the best, most attentive and respectful provider I have ever dealt with in my personal or professional life combined. I truly wish he could take care of my family.
