My grandmother spent her last years at Where the Heart is. She was often attended by Kristie M. Our family has nothing but great things to say about the staff and the work that they do with their residents. During, quite possibly, the most difficult phase of a person’s life, the staff lovingly helped my grandmother in her last days. They were so kind with our family when we went to visit and had real friendships with my parents and my aunt who were also caring for my grandmother regularly. Thanks Kristie! And thanks to everyone who were and are compassionate and sweet with their residents.

Hate to even leave a star at all Don’t take your family or loved ones here short staffed and the director Karla doesn’t care how the residents are being treated and she doesn’t listen to the employees she just lazy and rude and talks non sense she needs to get fired she’s running the place bad when the employees have an issue or want to report a problem she ignores em state needs to really check this place out so much red flags

I wish there were more stars to give them. From the first phone call to Carla. Then meeting Kristy and Jenny. And a few more I can’t remember there names. This place truly is a godsend for your loved one. And Diana. There aren’t enough words to express how great of a job she does. The other nurses were wonderful as well but Diana was above and beyond helpful, skilled, calm, and just overall fantastic! Thank You all for your special care skills. I will never forget you. Diana Huge Thank You

Yesterday I took a tour of Where the Heart Is. I was immediately impressed by the people that I talked with. Their care when talking to me about my mom was very comforting. They were very informative and took their time with me and showed me the facility. I was very impressed with the layout and the people that I could see taking care of others who were living there now. The rooms and small one bedroom apartments are very welcoming and each of them seems to have a peaceful view and beautiful. I am pursuing securing a place for my mom with them and I have high hopes for the care that was described an exhibited to me yesterday. The opportunities for my mom including her sense of safety was of primary concern for me and those needs seem to be well met at Where the Heart Is ❤️
