Friday June 10th. It was 8:45, closing at 9:00. When we entered the two employees were talking with each other. No one greeted us. No one asked if we needed help finding something. Bought engraved dog tags. Laser printer wasn't working right. I asked for help and the employee helped but made it very clear that they closed in 5 minutes. Never had service like that before! Usually a 5 star rating from me!

They are very knowledgeable and helpful and patient especially with dogs that haven't ever been to a pet store like my pup.. and they are understanding about kiddos gettjng excited over all the animals. My son kept trying to put his hand in the fush tank an instead of being a jerk the associate made it more fun not to mess with the tanks!

This PetSmart is one of the only stores around here that still has canned cat food in stock. They also have extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Last night I showed up at 8:45pm, (they close at 9pm) and the staff didn't hesitate to allow me into the store. She actually greeted me and was very sweet. The store is always clean and stocked. Even when Chewy, Fred Meyer's, Walmart Safeway, and the small stores like Walgreens and Rite Aid are not. You would think the grocery stores would have a backup plan for shortages like we're having. I hope this helps...

This has happened to me multiple times at this Petsmart. Employees Ryan and Kade ignore customers and waiting at the checkout. Kade definitely made eye contact with me and then continue to ignore me. Ryan finally came up I asked if they were open and he said yes. Then I ask if he could check me out he said he had to go find someone. Kade still ignoring the whole situation and I have been checked out by him before. Finally Gibson comes and he was kind should probably be a manager. He might be the only reason I come back. We will see,also Ryan and Kade were making huge mess in the store and expecting Gibson to clean it I witnessed this and I feel bad for the kid.
