This used to be a 5 star review. Since I wrote that review though the service here has declined in an annoying way - the last Four times I've come to this location I have items missing from my order. Its very frustrating to pay for things, wait in the long line only to find what you paid for missing when you go to eat it. I will pull every single item out of the bag at the window to verify my order is complete from now on cause I know that it won't be and I don't have time or money to waste anymore. The food is still more fresh than some taco bells and polite service + food is as ordered if received but the actual food consistently missing ruins all that.

The staff was very friendly, but just getting a chrunch-wrap took almost a half hour in the drive-thru. I can't speak too harshly of the staff, but the management here needs to step up their organization and processes.
