I called and spoke with a property manager in detail regarding an appointment for today. She said to come at 4:30pm and I told her I would not be able to make it until around 4:45pm. She said that was fine because it would be a self tour. I never received confirmation or information regarding the property. I arrived around 4:40pm and someone told me I need to reschedule because the do not do tours after 4:30pm and the one I spoke to said yes you were supposed to call me. I said that’s ok. They were all standing around not working. If my experience was like this trying to see a property I can only imagine living here.

My kids and grandbaby lived here and if I could give a 0 I would for maintenance alone. The office staff has no credibility as far as I am concerned. Never returned my calls to fix a mold problem they had in the hallways. The odor hit you at the door and was all on the carpet moving up the wall. If they had not moved I would have called Elliott Davis.

Must read before moving here! Look through all pictures, not just the ones they post! This is the real Oxford hills! BOTH POOLS have been closed all spring and summer. The indoor one was closed down by the health department. They refused to re-open the outdoor pool after a water balloon got caught in the filter, so the water evaporated to half the original level and turned solid green (mosquitos anyone?). The tennis court net and sign have been on the ground for years. The grills are in shambles and inoperable. There is black mold throughout the walls of my building and the first floor floods when it rains. The laundary room floods ever time I pay the $3.25 to do a single load. Due to these things, the hall way carpet is mold ridden. The storage room ($15/mo) is covered in toxic mold and the ceiling is falling down. The dog parks are rarely maintained. It took them 2 months and several of my visits to the lobby to fix my garage door ($75/mo). The flowers look nice, the lobby looks nice, and the fitness center is recently renovated. But if you at the pool or fitness center and are thirsty don't expect the water fountain to work - been that way for 3 years. If you need to shower or use the restroom, don't expect privacy - there've been no stall doors or curtains the 3 years I've lived here. I do not expect things to get better, I've been here for 3 years and they only get worse.

I guess for 700 to 800

I have a loud noise situation coming from unit #4 in building 10317 Bilston Ct. Went to leasing office to explain and was told I would be getting a phone call back......didn't happen

You should post that as a review. You've just put it in as a question for "google guides". And I can't help you. I would suggest you keep calling, it took persistence but we got results on our bad neighbor situation. Call the police about the noise complaint, it gives the leasing office grounds to take action.
