I lived here year's ago. I loved it before the new owners took over. They raised the rent as soon as they bought the property. I am so glad I moved out when I did. RENTERS BEWARE!!!! THE OWNERS ARE BEYOND GREEDY! My former neighbors are paying 1,800.00 for a two bedroom! The rent goes up every year and the apartments do not even have a pool or workout facility. Plus, the apartments are dated. It's reasonable when you move in and a fortune when you move out. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

I had a recent maintenance work order and the order was closed without a single request being met!!! If this was the 1st time I would understand and say it was a mistake but this happens on a regular!!! Very disappointed tenant!!!

I was scheduled today for a tour at 3:30pm which i arrived 5 minutes early for due to the fact i work 30 minutes away. I get there and no one is in the office. I didnt recieve a courtesy message stating i need to reschedule, or anythibg in that nature. I wasted gas and my time. Im really disappointed as i was looking forward to moving here.

I've lived here for 5.5 years and at first things were good. If I called a maintenance issue, it was usually fixed that day or the day after. I've had a refrigerator break and it took about 2 weeks to get a new one. I had to bring it up multiple times that it was still broken because they forgot about it. I've called in multiple times on one issue in the bathroom since October 2014 and it's still not fixed. It's causing mold and the wall keeps falling apart. I keep getting sick from it now. Earlier this year, my upstairs neighbor had a leak and it created a nasty mess every time he used the kitchen sink. I called about it and my neighbor called about it multiple times. My neighbor got aggressive with me, because about once or twice a week I'd ask him if anyone even looked at the issue. I think it took about a month for them to fix it, but they kept forgetting about it. One day, we had a knock on our door that we are getting a new dishwasher. That was about 3 years ago. Our current dish washer is terrible. I've lived in a lot of apartments and after the first year, I can move at anytime. That's not true here! The only time I can move is in January (I moved here in January), which is a terrible time to both move and find a house. I was given the choice to pay now the remainder of the months until the end of January now or just keep paying every month. If you decide to move here, I hope you don't live near my neighbor. He yells loud a lot and the hold building can easily understand what he's saying. I've dealt with multiple vehicle break ins. I recommend you move somewhere else.
