I stopped by Renew last week as they were on my list to go and get some information. My tour agent was Kierra. She was very friendly, answered my questions and gave me a tour. She was so knowledgeable about the area and the small details that really mattered to me. The entire complex looked so very nice and well maintained. I have been touring multiple properties in the area, this tour was by far the most positive! Thank you to the staff for great customer service.

They did a great job doing the locksmith and DJ also handled it very well with the other maintenance request I had about the bathroom everybody was respectful and I appreciate them very much the locksmith guy gave great conversation I couldn't ask for a better person and or persons doing their job that was very well.

I’ve been staying over here for three years now. It is a quiet neighborhood for the most part and it’s also pretty much 15 minutes from anywhere. The kitchen appliances and cabinets need to be upgraded. Not a bad place to stay but the new management is terrible. The communication is terrible. You can never get to an actual person in the office. The management is definitely the reason I will be leaving. I actually hate it here now and I see why so many people are moving out and so many vacant apartments.

"Everyone has been very helpful especially Karen. She made sure everything was taken care of from the previous owners of the company. My area is quiet and I love all the new upgrades can’t wait to get a washer/dryer in unit because I’m not feeling the laundry center. Everything else is good!
