Horrible place to live. They take forever to repair anything stating they do not have help. Well find some are call some contractors in. This place only wants your money. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I wouldn’t give any stars but it wouldn’t let me write my post. Take your money and move to a better complex.

I have been here been here for over 2 years the office staff Chrissy Lupo is nice and keeps the office decorated nice for holidays and different events

The Mint is quiet and safe is parking is a bit rough but overall its a nice quiet community and the townhomes are spacious and comfortable Chrissy in the office is very helpful and tries to make sure everything Gets taken care of in a timely manner if anything comes up I like how they do community things for the children

I would like to acknowledge DJ the maintenance personnel for his hard work he has done.. The property look great and the number of issues has went down alot.. He has been on it with any issues i may have in my unit, and also fixes the problem without repeated repairs..
