I’ve been living here for quite some time and it’s progressively gotten worse. We can’t seem to keep a Property Manager, especially one that cares. I’m typically a nice person; however, much of the staff in the office has an attitude and lack customer service skills and professionalism. The communication is beyond poor. I call to follow up on letters that are waiting for me at the door, and no one takes the time to follow up from emails/calls. This would not be acceptable in true corporate America. There is garbage everywhere. They are constantly increasing the rent yet not providing any of the services they claim to provide. I truly believe if this were a community of non-black residents, the community and service would be better. Update: It’s been months later and my maintenance concerns still have not been addressed. Now our building is infested with roaches and management is doing absolutely nothing about it. There is another tenant in the building who is having issues with her smoke detector and they refuse to do anything about it. Tenants call/visit the office and all they do is provide general responses and empty promises instead of action. If you are wise, DO NOT MOVE TO NORTH SARAH!!

Over the past 2 weeks, I've emailed them twice trying to schedule a tour; I never got an answer. Called them twice, still no answer. Showed up yesterday to try and see if the office was open, and the door was locked with a sign that had 2:45pm as the time they would return. That'd be fine except that I was there at 3:30pm and no one answered my knocking, the intercom or the phone when I called. If you want people to rent from you, maybe make sure someone is actually in the office. I would not rent from them based on their lack of customer service alone.

This problem exists everywhere. A tenant meeting with the manager should make the parents aware of being evicted for not being respectful and responsible for their children.
