We were having technical application issues and they worked with us to get his application successfully submitted and have answered numerous questions since. All of this through their chat feature and not just one of them - all have been kind, helpful and knowledgeable

City Lofts is a great place to live! The office staff is always willing to help when you have any questions, and they keep you updated on what’s happening in the building. Maintenance is quick to respond to inquiries, the amenities are amazing, and it’s definitely affordable!

Edit: I’m changing my review because I don’t think I’ve even been this inconvenienced when it comes to parking. It’s mostly down to people in the office not being on the same page. I’ve had somebody in my spot so they gave me a different spot to go to in the meantime. Within an hour I was called telling me I had to move my car again to a different spot. Completely irritating. I’ve had a great time so far at city lofts. This is my first year and I resigned for another. The people are nice and maintenance comes quickly and does acceptable work.

Great location. Nice apartments. Not well maintained. We’ve dealt with cockroaches, moving in/out issues, the windows are not well maintained and leak into the apartment, there are exposed wires, and the garbage room and elevators are so disgusting your shoes stick to the floor. Ray in the leasing office is extremely rude, unhelpful, and really should not be working in a role where he has to “deal with” people as he clearly does not enjoy that aspect of his job. Edit in response to City Lofts - our family member is a resident. I stand by all statements in my review. Cockroaches were real and reported. Ray is indeed extremely rude. Others have told us they experienced unpleasantries from him as well.
