Yes! It's a pretty good setup for bikes. Edit: Technically, it's made for skateboarding, but we see a lot of BMX people there.

I would agree with Alexander. But I have seen kids as young as 13 at the skate board park.
There is a gas station a couple blocks from the splash pad and a Jack n the box. Both are walking distance.
