We received an expensive arraignment. Unfortunately they were damaged old roses with black spots at the edges of the flower. Even though they guaranteed the quality , yet when we called he told us he will not replace the old roses with fresh arrangement. Their guarantee is worthless and they were rude in addition. We shall never buy any flowers from such a disreputable flower shop.

Needed Roses mid afternoon on a Sunday.. Rosa Rosa had them delivered less then 2 hours.. Amazing flowers great job!!!

Terrible service. Flowers lasted two days. Wouldn’t return and treated me very nastily CURT you are a pathological liar. I am the daughter of the recipient who is too Ill to call you. What you say is patently untrue. The flowers were sent as a gift to a dying man. You’ve now succeeded in making everyone more upset rather than cheering them up. The doorman threw out the flowers by mistake. BECAUSE THEY WERE DEAD and he misunderstood the sign that they were to be collected. No one suggested a dog ate them and no one is getting in trouble either. You’re supposed to be in a service business not harrasing people. You should not treat your customers in such a nasty manner. You serve negative stars because you have actively harassed us and made us feel even worse
