The bar I have for BBQ is extremely high. After moving to Utah, my expectations have become extremely low. That being said, I was shocked after stopping by for lunch. No way this isn't the best BBQ you'll find without leaving the state! On top of friendly service! Can't wait to try everything.

Lost Texan is hands down the best barbecue around. They are always friendly and their mac and cheese is the BEST! I always get the barbecue chicken sandwich with extra pickles and onions, and smother it in Carolina sauce. Can't beat it. Also, make sure you get the cornbread! It's life changing. They also support our troops and officers, which not nearly enough places do now. Overall, it's perfect place.
