lost a wallet and found it. Then, a few months later lost a wallet again, called in, and they said it was an emergency and radioed the information out, then told me they will get in touch asap. Called me back within 5 minutes, told me it is on a bus making its way toward a spot close to my location. I went and picked it up from the driver, Damon, who was super cool and funny. Thanks metro and Damon.

I left my wallet on the bus late at night. They had it for me at the office when I came in the next morning and even though my name was mispelled the person helping me was able to figure it out and get it back to me. Seems like they genuinely care about helping people retrieve their lost items.

you can submit a form online. The staff will look for possible matches. Then you go to the lost and found to claim your item.Hope this helps.

On the train...that sucks. Odds are against you even though rider services is excellent. Go to king county metro online lost and found. Be specific as you can and good luck.
