I was advised by my financial adviisor, that I need to set up a Special Needs Trust for my daughter, and am not exactly sure where to start,, whom to contact,,information required etc. Is this something ARC could assist me with?

Hello there, the ARC offers workshops with experienced lawyers to talk about Trust options and the necessary steps. I have taken these workshops myself and they are very helpful. If you give them call they can let you know when the next is. Hope that helps...

It doesn't hurt to ask if they do, if they can't maybe they can point you in the right direction. Worst case, you waste your time but you'll have an answer if they do or not. And whatever answers you find you can add it to this post for others to find.
