Questions & Answers

Concerning special needs Trust Funds, I, and not a relative of mine, is in need of one. I was previously classified as special needs but it may no longer be applicable. Can ARC assist me in determining which relatives or agencies could assist?

I was advised by my financial adviisor, that I need to set up a Special Needs Trust for my daughter, and am not exactly sure where to start,, whom to contact,,information required etc. Is this something ARC could assist me with?

Hello there, the ARC offers workshops with experienced lawyers to talk about Trust options and the necessary steps. I have taken these workshops myself and they are very helpful. If you give them call they can let you know when the next is. Hope that helps...
