Good therapists and a nice lounge but overpriced. They automatically add a 25% charge to an already expensive service which is very upsetting. Shouldn't a tip be based on a customer's assessment of their experience? and at this price shouldn't it be great to start with? They would have to go above and beyond to explain why a treatment for which you already pay a premium price deserves another 25% on top! Plus NO FOOD whatsoever in the lounge, only tea and water, they are cheap on snacks compared to other venues which offer fresh fruit, juices, cookies and others...
