I went to Warren’s to have a ring sized, and to trade some of my Mother’s gold jewelry. My ring had been run over by a truck, years ago, and the damage was to great to repair. I was given excellent options to consider and decided to have it recreated in white gold. It turned out STUNNINGLY beautiful! I also had a pair of Mom’s gold earrings plated with Rhodium, (making them silver in color) and I am thrilled to wear them now! Great options, pricing and knowledge here!

Called and asked if they could fix my stretch turquoise and Silver 6 string bracelet .... I was told that it sounds like I needed to find a hobby type place to go to or some hokey hobby shop ! Unreal 😡 it actually is a gorgeous bracelet... I wouldn’t let them TOUCH a Quarter dispenser ring now! How terrible ! No way to treat customers at all!

Recently I had batteries replaced in two watches. Norlonna helped me upon arrival, efficiently took my order, promising to text my phone upon completion. I was pleasantly surprised when I was contacted within the hour. When picking them up, I was greeted by Rachel who quickly found my order, took my payment and explained the rather modest fee. As I was leaving, a very knowledgeable man ( whom I took as the owner or manager) discussed with me the merits of not only the two watches I had fixed, but the Bulova watch I was wearing.
