I got two wrong coffees and the manger Carmen refuses to fix my coffee sad about her .. this is the worst Dunkin ever!!

Omg the employee who worked this morning at around 430 am. (A black female with an accent). Spoke profanity to us then proceeded to call us dumbies when we asked for the manager. Do not go to this Dunkin!
