I went to Dunkin for a dozen bagels around noon for my office. This order took half an hour and wasn't done. I asked for a refund took another ten minutes to figure out. If I could give this place a zero I would.

Even though the line in morning is huge n a slow. I love that so far is not burn coffee and is creamy and delicious

The employees are always polite and fast. I never once had a bad coffee or food from there either. This is one of the better Dunkins.

I love that they now have oat milk. I will always choose them over The Place That Shall Remain Nameless. However, I do really love my local coffee shops best. National companies are convenient but, I like to support small business whenever possible.
