We really enjoyed this place. It is located within seconds, literally, of the entrance to Sequoia NP. Plus it has a vibe that fit us well, and a lot of nice little touches. We stayed in a cabin. Technically, the cabin we stayed in is the downstairs of a two story building. But on the inside it is what you'd expect of a cabin in terms of wood finish, decorations and the feel. (the kids wanted a cabin and they agreed it was great). With the pandemic, they don't provide daily housekeeping in the cabin. They have an easy check in, check out system. For specific details, inquire with the lodge. We used many features of the cabin: both pools, ice machine, the grill/BBQ (complete with outdoor sink), the coffee bean grinder and coffee beans, and we cooked all our meals here on the gas range and used the full sized refrigerator. The place settings and utensils are good. They provide salt and pepper... Bring your own spices. We ate outside on our picnic table most meals. This visit was a pleasure. Enjoy!

The place was fairly clean. Just dont look in the bathroom corners near the window- which is your bathroom fan. There is no closet and an extremely small cart only room for a coffee pot and a roll of paper towels. Very inefficient. A carpenter could make it much more updated for little money. I would personally just remove the broken luggage holder. But the backyard makes up for it all. The Merced river flows bye! Easy check in and out. And parking right out your door. Perfect place to drive into Sequoia, about 40 minutes up the mountain!!

A hidden gem! We stayed in one of the rooms downstairs and had a lovey view of the river from our little patio area. The property was landscaped and maintained beautifully, set against the backdrop of the river and natural hillside. Everyone was friendly and the rooms were very clean. We would totally stay again.

The room we stay in has a small patio and the view of it is absolutely gorgeous! With the price and the closeness to the park, nothing to complain about! The only bad thing is that the water flow of the shower is quite small so if you have long hair, it would be a hard time washing your hair. But overall the experience is great! Would recommend if you don’t wanna spend too much money on housing but want to live closer to the park!

We suggest checking in with the Sequoia Parks Conservancy who offer guided experiences and may be able to put together something custom if there isn’t a group offering!

It's deep and the boulders are large. Would be way too risky to my taste.

Kind, welcoming service. The complmentry basket is nice. May not be filling but we packed for breakfasts. Restaurant is conveniently located next door.

This was our favorite place to stay at the mountains. Nice, clean and had everything we needed. Running River in the back so peaceful and pleasant.
