This is a beautiful space staffed by wonderful people (especially Mariah!) that provides an excellent working experience. I've worked in two other Bond offices, located in New York – which testifies to Bond being a superior co-working company – and this is my favorite. It's a joy to be able to walk into the historic Civic Opera House every weekday and ascend in a golden elevator to a floor where I get to enjoy modern amenities, tons of natural light, and just overall good vibes. This property is the biggest in Bond's portfolio and has a wide range of different office sizes to meet your needs and budget. I'm in a one-person unit and love it. Do yourself a favor and sign up while there's room!

Yes, our Upper Wacker location in Chicago has an outside deck.
While we are a Pet Friendly Shared Office Company, The Loop has some limitations regarding breeds and weight. We also have a limit as to how many can be registered at a time. The best thing to do is tour the space, and ask the General Manager. Our Fulton Market location allows pets and there are less restrictions.
