Had a old watch with sentimental value to myself that needed a new watch band seance Seiko watches must be replaced with Seiko band only they said they would order one , after leaving they called me and said to bring it back by and she thought she could fix it. They had a old part from a Seiko and it was the right part. They didn't have to call me back that day and could have ordered a new band and replaced but instead took the time to go out of there way to fix my watch that day with a old part they had from some other project. These people are kind, caring and very professional , thank you SO much you guys are the BEST!!!! Looking forward to the day I see another gold colored Wagner watch I didn't buy about a year in the show case to buy to be the second watch I have bought in 27 years I deserve it

Took my brand new ring to get it resized. Wagner's damaged my ring. They accidentally buffed the rose gold out. The sales lady apologized and still charged me 50% of the cost. My ring is permanently damaged. Then the sales lady told me I should try to return or exchange my ring. I thought .. really? You want another merchant to absorb the cost of your mistake? I am disappointed in the way I was treated and shocked I was actually charged. I thought I could trust Wagner's with a very special ring that I had just gotten for Christmas. I was wrong. I can not trust a company that would actually require a customer to pay them after causing permanent damage. This company doesn't care.

We are open on Saturdays. Because we are a small business almost all of our employees work everyday. Since a lot of businesses are closed on Sundays, we needed to give our employees another day off so that they could run errands and make sure all the places they needed to go to would be open. We chose Monday instead of Saturday, because most people have Saturday off, so that staying open on Saturday better serves our customers.
Generally, no. However, if it is an absolute emergency situation and the goldsmith isn't too swamped we can do it for an express fee.
It depends: written appraisals for insurance purposes, usually $80 - $100 for the first piece and $30-$40 for every piece there after. Verbal evaluations we do at no charge. Any type of sorting or itemizing we generally charge an hourly rate of $30.00. Hope this helps.

Yes, we have a watch repairman that we work with. We are able to replace batteries in house and replace and adjust watch bands.
