Sandy does an excellent job . But anytime I have anyone else it looks like a ten year old did it . If sandy doesn’t do it I end up at another salon the next day having them redone . One time when a lady did my nails I had literally never felt so much pain from having my nails done before , and my nails hurt for days after . She also did a horrible job at painting . I had to complain because it was that bad .I was treated as if I was a needy or picky customer . I am actually not that needy or picky but every time it’s been bad here: it’s been really bad . I was still charged for the nails . Another time when I was there I heard a customer complain about the same person person which made me feel better about the situation I had been in previously (it’s not just me ). However , they did not offer to fix them , or discount the service as other places would . But , it seems like the staff treat customers with complaints/ not happy customers as an annoyance and a problem . After being treated that way there I won’t say a thing again . Also, their pricing isn’t consistent . I get charged 30 or 35 normally . I was charged 40 today. I’ve heard them charge others I’ve sat next to so I know what they did and it just never matches up. It seems like they just throw a number out there. I think that’s poor customer service and really shady . Also, I’ve asked for the highest cost pedicure and they did not do everything that was stated on the sheet . I didn’t say anything because I’ve leaned it’s useless here . Just take a pic of the menu so you can make sure they do everything . was in today and have to go somewhere else tomorrow to have my nails fixed . It’s looking like I’m going to have to find a new place . I’ve ignored too many poor business practices in the time I’ve been a loyal customer , and the quality of work is way too inconsistent . If I knew how to insert a picture I would . It looks like a blob of blue was put on the tip of my nails . I sent it to a friend with no words attached and she immediately responded with ,”did a blind person do that .”

I went in yesterday to get my nails filled. I showed them a reference picture. They filed my nails down through the tip to where my actual nail was showing. I mentioned to her that it was messed up and that I needed it fixed. Instead of fixing it she just painted over it. The shellac is already chipping after just one day. All I did was shower and my nails are already ruined. This is not the only time I have had a bad experience with my nails. I feel like they rush though it just to get as many people through the door as possible. I posted the reference picture along with the outcome of my nails.

Sandy the Owner is an ARTISTIC BEING!! Every staff member is efficient and effective! They have lots of seats and if there are openings there are walk-in spots filled immediately! As soon as anyone enters the building almost in unison voices ask “May i help you?” Such a refreshing thing to see in this industry! I got a full acrylic set and a luxury spa pedicure and was treated as Royalty even tho the prices are very affordable! I am in love with this shop and it’s owners! Best Nail Salon 💅🏽 in town!!

I've gone to this place hoping to get use to them. Hopefully I find someone not too aggressive. I've been there a handful of times now and this time she went so fast with the drill to take off the shellac on my toes. She was trying to stop the bleeding. I couldn't sleep the first night. It's still tender now 3 days later. My daughters toe is swollen from injury during the pedicure.
