If at all possible avoid this facility. My son was admitted here in March of 2021. He was there for two weeks. The case managers are a joke. Every question that I asked was answered with "I don't know". Speaking to therapist was only slightly better but not by much as her replies were always "I agree with you but my hands are tied by the doctor". When asked to speak to his doctor both the case manager and therapist gave me his office line but when I called I was rudely asked how I got his number and why was I bothering him. I fought to have my son transfered to an RTC. His staff there agreed until discharge, then his dr said he releasing him home. When asked why his only reply was "your son said he is fine ". I continued to advocate for my son and got him placed in an RTC. We had to transport him from Smokey Point to his RTC 5 hours away. Half way there this fine child had a massive panic attack and tried to jump out of a van going 70 mph on the highway. Avoid Smokey Point.

I have been a patient of TEC for many years. Today I meet Dr. Eugene Chang and his assistant Sharmila,in the Heart & Vascular department. What a great team, both very professional and helpful, answered all my questions and made me feel hopeful with my new diagnosis.

This place is awful. It's industrialized medicine that moves you from dept to dept, all the while racking up fees at each "specialist". Everett Clinic has gone so downhill over the last decade. Particularly this new branch at Smokey Point. Though it looks nice and modern, don't be fooled. The receptionists are like lifeless drones. Everyone looks so depressed to work here. The wait times are atrocious as well. I don't think I've ever had an appointment that was in time.

This was my first time coming to this location. When I was walking to the front desk to check in, I saw a couple of the receptionists and the nurses there chit chatting away. I kept staring at them and they just kept staring at me like a deer staring at a headlight. None of the receptionist greeted me and helped me out except one. I'm very disappointed with their lack of friendliness and helpfulness, which made me feel very uncomfortable and awkward. Overall, the nurse and the doctor who treated me were nice and helpful.

You can walk in, schedule an appointment at the front desk and we can likely get you added to the schedule asap!
You need to make appointments unless you are being seen at walk in.
Yes there is.
Yes, 8-5
You have to choose a Dr. Call the clinic nearest you, ask who is taking new pt. Then book an appt. The also have walking clinics if you can't wait.
Call your insurance company. They will set one up for you.
Haven't seen any there. Sorry.
Its on the main floor towards the back the kiosk will tell you where it's at. As will the staff..
Clinic opens at 9am today don't know about the Lab. You might wanna call them to check it out.
Not aware, may want to call them.
Depends. I've waited less than 15 minutes, and I've waited for over 45 minutes. It just depends on how busy they are, and the time of day, or weekend.
Regukar hours.
