My partner and I bought a 7x14 dump trailer from them a couple months back. We have had nothing but problems, the hydraulic fluid has exploded out the cap multiple times from them overfilling it or simply never testing it, they never charged the battery so it died on our first job witch left us with angry customers after charging the battery and going to the next job and having it die AGAIN I recharged the battery and it happened again this time at the dump where I had to leave because the battery wouldn’t even lift the dump bed, after looking around I noticed the fuses were missing from the charging station, the wires are coming out of the trailer plug in, we also never received the keys for the lock box at the front of the trailer where the battery and lift controller is, we paid extra to have the tarp installed and they did such a terrible job the latch doesn’t even work and hold tension on the tarp, there’s missing bolts it’s like the didn’t check a single thing. We asked where the aluminum rod was for the back so we could actually use the tarp… they said we have to buy that separately. That would have been nice to know. Not to mention there’s no place to even tie the tarp down to because surprise they never installed the hooks either. We have tried contacting them multiple times, they always reply with “we will have the manager contact you” which never happens. You would think after spending almost 17,000$ on a trailer you would be happy. That couldn’t be farther from the truth. Stay away from Trailers Plus in Marysville. I would never come back here, and I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Worst costumer service I have ever had, and they will ghetto rig your trailer just to make a quick buck

Bought a new cargo trailer from them this past week and the whole transaction went smooth. Dustin was knowledgeable of the trailer and how to hook it up (I’m a total newbie to hauling). They gave some great discounts off msrp which was a huge plus since we really needed this trailer for moving. The whole crew did great getting the trailer ready for the road before we took off with it. Will definitely give them our business again in the future. Thanks again guys!
