It's very well maintained.The pool,hot tub,spa, and restrooms were clean. It's nice to go visit my parents,as well as others I've met through out the years.

I'm not sure how much each individual house payment is mostly their purchased homes I know there's a space rent and that depends on each lot size just call the office and Raquel will answer the phone or talk to Abraham
