THEY ARE SCAMMERS! DO NOT USE! We sent a package in May of 2021 and it still has not arrived. They claim that the package is being held by customs and that it will be delivered but have not provided support. They are very unresponsive. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau.

My box was sent on 2/2021 until today 7/25/2022 still stock in customs in Guatemala, I finally requested to get pay the insurance they always offer but their answer was since your box is not lost just retain we can not do that . Looks like I'm not the only one cheated by these company. I think it is time everyone spread the word about these company and hope one day go out of business. I sent a box in February 2021 and to date July 2022 my box has not arrived at its destination, I called many times and they gave me the same answer that it is in transit or in customs and that the box is not lost, because by legal means they are not obliged to pay insurance if the box is in customs. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.....the boxes are stolen, I don't know how this lady who attends spends all day hiding and lying on the phone, as the saying goes, each car arrives on its Saturday.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, We sent a box to Guatemala in November 2021, it is JUNE 2022 and they do not give us a resolution, we call every two weeks and they give us the same story "it is in customs, someone sent an item that it should not have and we cannot remove because it is in the container" we have asked them to return the shipping cost plus the $200 that they promise in their "contract" but they say that it is not "lost" and they just wait for more than a year to legally nothing can be done. Report this company and DO NOT use it for shipments, it is a SCAM.
