I had planned on staying at this park for 5 months instead stayed one month. The day that I arrived a new lady was being trained in the office. Every time I tried to get in the office it was locked. After 8 attempts on various days, I began getting upset. The lady said that she didn't want to be bothered or yelled at by the tenants. The mail in the mail room is never put away, therefore you have other tenants constantly picking through your mail. My site was full of weeds. The people in charge would never respond to your emails and had no phone for the tenants to call. Good thing is, there was a pool.

The place itself is great.. Its the people who run it are .. I can't find the words. The office was never open. So u can't pay . then they'll kick u out andl Threaten to call the cops. When i tried to pay. Went to the office a minimum of 3times a day. So its not my fault I even called. To give a c/c over the phone no call back so I told the maintenance worker. To have them call me. Nothing. Btw, Manny, the maintenance worker, what an AHole! Grumpy old man . So if u can stay clear of manny and pay ahead o time . you'll love it.

I have stayed at Oasis West since it was previously KOA which has been about a year maybe a little more. Since the change of ownership the rent went from a flat rate of $650 per month to $765 a month + electricity. You also have to pay your rent on a website which requires a site fee! The maintenance here depsite other comments is absolutely horrible. The care of the trees is despicable. The spots do not have grass as nothing is watered or maintained after rain season which here in Cali isn't much. There is feral cats all over your vehicles causing scratches as well as getting into any outside trash bin you may keep. The maintenance man sprays heavy duty chemicals with no license or notices posted for safety. The level of service you receive from maintenance depends on your looks or how much your liked. Most trees are on the verge of dying due to lack of watering which making it dangerous to put a rv/motorhome underneath it. Your vehichle gets covered in dust and they do not allow to wash your vehichle. The staff in the office as of late is not very friendly. As for an rv park this one is bottom of the barrels and i would recommend go somewhere nicer!
